Most of us won’t be engaged in life or death negotiation, but the tools Voss outlines are helpful for any situation such as negotiating a salary, buying a car, communicating with children, and buying a home.
This is an enlightening and interesting book. Voss’s experiences draw the reader in and his tutorial is clear and helpful. If you want to up your negotiation and communication game, take some time to read this book.
