What a few months it has been!  I am so sorry I haven’t posted anything since October 23.  Two days after that post, I broke my shoulder in a rather spectacular and unfortunate mountain bike crash.  I was in a brace for several weeks and unable to do much of anything with my arm, including typing.   Who knew how important your shoulder is for pretty much everything?!  As I was finally able to start using my arm, my 92 year old dad’s health began declining more rapidly and my focus needed to be on him.  He slipped the bands of mortality and was reunited with my mom near the end of January.  Since then, grieving, funeral planning, and working through everything that needs to be done when someone passes, has dominated my thoughts and time.  I am in a better place now and am ready to once again share books I’ve enjoyed with you.   Thank you for your patience!
